As we seep back into our communal weeks of working gathering enough strength to take us through the day, we relieve some of the best moments that took place across the UK for our live music festival scene.
With it being at the end of summer and the extended day off, August bank holiday weekend grants passage to many-a festival taking centre stage throughout. From glorious caches of food and drink on display at The Big Feastival – – to mighty Victorious Festival down in Portsmouth playing host to Paolo Nutini and Sam Fender – – over to the world’s leading dance music festival Creamfields in the Cheshire countryside – – leaning towards to Lincolnshire’s Lost Village festival as we bare witness to the likes of Bonobo and Jamie XX – – and finally settling on Reading + Leeds with an eclectic mix of Dave, Arctic Monkeys and The 1975, it’s quite a weekend.
This is not even diving into the pride parades taking place throughout city centres and the infamous Notting Hill Carnival in London!
