ONES TO WATCH 2024: What are you looking forward to in music this year?

As I sit here and let the year wash over me before the monotony of work starts again for 2024, I cast a question to you dear readers. What are you most excited to listen to or watch next year in the world of music?

Is it the knock-out season of summer festivals this year and their deviously deceptive line-ups? Is the return of rock powerhouses Green Day getting you flared up? Is it new material from the likes of Kid Cudi and Gruff Rhys in the first quarter? Or what about The Last Dinner Party (NME favourites) finally releasing their debut album in Feb?

We hear vacant whispers of Judas Priest and The Libertines returning to the fray in mid-April, aswell as MGMT flaring the ol’ indie cylinders yet again.

With releases contained up until May this year, we’re barely scratching the surface in terms of what comes up trump this year. Let us know what you’re most excited for!
